Welcome to Fight Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with our website, mobile applications, and physical combat sports training facilities operated by Fight Club ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for a membership, booking a session, or using our facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access our services or enter our training facilities.

1. Membership & Access

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an independent membership. Minors aged 13–17 may join only with explicit written parental or legal guardian consent.
Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials, digital keys, or access cards associated with your account. You agree not to share your membership access with anyone else.
No Lock-In Plans: Our standard memberships operate on flexible terms as specified during sign-up, allowing cancellation according to our notice policies without long-term lock-in penalties where applicable.

2. Fees, Payments, and Billing

Membership Dues: All recurring membership fees and annual training packages must be paid in advance via approved automated billing methods or upfront payments.
Price Changes: Fight Club reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with prior written notice to active members.
Refund Policy: Membership fees, initiation fees, and pre-paid training packages are strictly non-refundable except under exceptional medical circumstances supported by official documentation.

3. Gym Rules, Code of Conduct & Safety

Fight Club maintains a strict environment centered around respect, discipline, and safety. Every member must adhere to the following:

Zero Ego Policy: Sparring and grappling must be controlled and cooperative. Intentionally harming training partners, displaying excessive aggression, or ignoring coach instructions will result in immediate membership suspension or permanent termination without a refund.
Hygiene Standards: Clean training gear, trimmed nails, proper rash guards/gloves, and footwear outside the mats are mandatory. Training with contagious skin conditions is strictly prohibited.
Equipment Care: All gym property, heavy bags, ring equipment, and weights must be handled with care and returned to their designated places after use.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, layout, logos, graphics, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Fight Club and its licensors. Our branding may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Fight Club.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership and access to our facilities immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions, violate gym safety protocols, or engage in disrespectful or unlawful behavior on the premises.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the local laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
